Obituary for George Quetot

George  Quetot
George Quetot, 55 of Howe, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at his home.

In following George’s wishes, there will be a visitation on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home in Bronson from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. No formal funeral service will take place and George will be cremated after the visitation.

George was born September 4, 1959 in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. After graduation from Slippery Rock High School in Pennsylvania, he proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. On December 13, 1984 he married Caroline Nehring in Abilene, Texas. George worked as a supervisor at Manchester Tank in Elkhart for many years.

George enjoyed working on classic cars. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan. Mostly he loved his family, especially spending time with his granddaughter. He will be remembered as a kind, fair, and hard-working man.

Mr. Quetot is survived by his wife of 30 years, Caroline Quetot of Howe, IN; his daughter Jennifer Quetot of Bronson; his granddaughter Kaylynn Quetot of Bronson; his mother-in-law Katherine Strickhorn of Shelby, IN; his brother and sister-in laws Margie (Mark) Kyprianou of Shrewsberry, PA, David (Michelle) Derr of Crown Point, IN, Edward and Joseph Derr, both of Shelby, IN; numerous nieces & nephews.
