Obituary for Margaret A. Taylor

Margaret A.  Taylor
Margaret Ann Taylor, 77 of Coldwater passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Chaplain AJ Dirschell officiating. Interment will follow at Mason Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home.

Margaret was born March 31, 1938 to Kenneth and Bernice (Waller) Goshorn in Bethel Township. On August 28, 1955 she married the love of her life, Wayne Taylor. Margaret graduated from Bronson High School in 1956 and then went to work at the Coldwater Hospital for 2 years. She then spent the next 38 years working at Quality Springs before retiring in 1997. Margaret then worked part-time at Donner’s Reality for two years before retiring full-time.

Margaret loved her family, especially babysitting her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, going out to eat, and traveling to see her grandchildren. Margaret will be remembered as a loving, caring, and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who had a great sense of humor. She will be missed by many.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband of 60 years Wayne Taylor of Coldwater; her children Debra (Barry) Lindblom of Sturgis, Betty (Dick) McLatcher of Coldwater, and David (Cathleen) Taylor of Coldwater; her sisters Linda (Ron) Finley of Quincy and Wilma Wheeler of Coldwater; her brothers Robert Goshorn of Coldwater and Orie Goshorn of Battle Creek; her grandchildren Julie (Phil) Leighty, Jessica (AJ) Dirschell, Lisa (Ryan) Schumacher, Amanda (Aaron) Bucklin, Eric Taylor, and Melissa Taylor; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; her special friends Todd & Sharon Richart, John & Dora Schlubatis and Vicky Brockway. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers LaVern Goshorn and Earl Goshorn.
