Obituary for Frances R. Yesh

Frances R. Yesh, 90, of Coldwater, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Community Health Center of Branch County.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, May 20, 2016 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson with Rev. Fr. Richard Fritz officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 4-8:00 PM, with the Rosary to begin at 7:00 PM, at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Frances was born December 18, 1925 in Ithaca, MI to Anthony & Angeline (Wagner) Killian. She married Stanley B. Yesh on June 18, 1942 in Southern Pines, NC, he preceded her in death on February 20, 1999.
Mrs. Yesh was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She was an active member of St. Mary’s Church, belonging to the Altar Rosary Society. Her greatest joy was being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Frances was a skilled seamstress and enjoyed needlepoint, gardening, traveling and working puzzles. She was very creative and could always find a solution to any problem.
Frances is survived by her children Barbara Yesh of Coldwater, Dolores (Walt) Smith of Coldwater, Karen (Stan) Welch of Bronson, Jerry (Maureen) Yesh of Bronson, her sister and brother Sophie Kruska of Coldwater, Richard Killian of Bristol, IN, grandchildren Rusty (Vicki) Smith, Jennifer (Patrick) Roussey, Luke Smith, Toby (Tanya) Welch, Joe (Amy) Welch, Mike (Erin) Welch, Kristen (Kevin Wooley) Yesh, Brittany (A.J.) Smith, and many great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters.
