Daniel L. Lindsay, 59, of Bronson, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. The funeral will be Friday, October 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Burr Oak Missionary Church with Pastor George Milliman officiating. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 4-7:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Daniel was born March 12, 1957 in Sturgis, MI to Douglas & Harriett (Caywood) Lindsay. He married Wendy S. Milliman on December 15, 1978 in Burr Oak.
Mr. Lindsay worked in product engineering and computer technology for Sturgis Public Schools, Bronson Precision Products and most recently for Morgan-Olsen in Sturgis.
Dan was an avid Detroit Lions fan and had a love of pinball and arcade games, which he proudly owned several. He loved to keep busy, always helping others on a variety of projects. There was nothing he couldn’t fix. Dan’s greatest joy was his family, he loved watching his children and grandchildren play sports and taking part in their many activities.
Dan is survived by his wife Wendy, his children Jeannie Ortiz of Burr Oak, Vicki (Rusty) Smith of Coldwater, Dana (Darren) Skirka of Coldwater, Dona Lindsay of Burr Oak, Danielle Lindsay of Bronson, his mother Harriett Smith of Sturgis, his siblings David Lindsay, Denise Bowen, Dawn (John) Watson all of Sturgis, Scott (Eileen) Lindsay of Louisville, KY, grandchildren Kyle, Carlos, Allie, Destiny, Dylan, Lynsey, Nicholas, Isabella, Deziray, Danika, Dayla & Kayden.
