Larry was born September 27, 1943 to Harold and Evelyn (Towers) Friedel in Bryan, OH. Early in life he moved to Bronson, where he graduated from Bronson High School. Larry was a long-time short haul truck driver, working with many companies. On August 31, 1986 he married Vanita Lansford over Bronson while flying in a U.S. Army Reconnaissance airplane.
Larry was a very outgoing and social man. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need. He participated with the Bronson American Legion and had many hobbies. He loved riding his Harley. Larry also enjoyed working on old cars, being a “backyard” mechanic, and hunting. His true joy in life was spoiling his grandkids.
