Wilma J. Watson, 82, of Coldwater, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017 at the Laurels of Coldwater.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Wilma was born December 22, 1934 to Louis and Violet (Gehring) Van Wormer in Sherwood Township. She was a graduate of Union City High School and then enjoyed being a homemaker to her family. Wilma had been a member of the Coldwater Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Wilma is survived by her sons, Barry (Tara) Mefford of Aurora, Illinois and Royce Mefford of Union City; her 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
