Obituary for HiDe M. Dunithan

HiDe M. Dunithan
HiDe Marie Dunithan, 21 passed away suddenly due to a car accident Saturday, June 10, 2017 in Burlington.

The family will have a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 16, 2017 at the Assembly of God Church in Union City with Pastor Pete Payne officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the Assembly of God Church from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. The family was care for by Dutcher Funeral Home.

HiDe was born February 28, 1996 to Dennis Dunithan and Sandy Johnson in Battle Creek. In her limited work life HiDe worked both as a waitress and also sold cars in many locations. HiDe had faith and was baptized at Bronson Church of Christ. She was able to help many by being an organ donor through Gift of Life.

HiDe was a young lady with many interests. She was skilled at sports, especially softball and volleyball. HiDe enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. She was always signing or humming a tune, and was a participant in the Michigan Idol competition. Another hobby was writing and doodling on almost anything she could find. Mostly, she loved spending time with her family and friends. HiDe will be remembered for her magnetic and bright persona. She could be crazy, loud, fearless and energetic, but then could be easy going and big hearted a moment later. She will be missed by many.

HiDe is survived by her parents Dennis Dunithan of Burlington and Sandy Anderson of London, KY; her siblings Ryan Boes, Bryan Tackett and Scott Tackett all of London, KY, Russell Morong of Spring Hills, FL, Anna Dunithan of Union City, and Aaron Goodman of Homer; her grandparents George and Faye Johnson, and Marge Dunithan all of Burlington; her boyfriend Zachary Bevard of Tekonsha; her best friend Courtney Slauson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and her dogs “Marley” and “Butters”. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Stub Dunithan; her 3 brothers Olaf Boes, Carl Tackett, and Elwyn Collyer.

Memorials may be directed to the family for final expenses. www.dutcherfh.com
