Obituary for Christopher L. Palmerton

Christopher L. Palmerton, 37, of Coldwater, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at his home.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater. Interment will follow at Fisher Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends, prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 PM.
Christopher was born May 23, 1980 in Marshall, MI to William & Penni (Palmateer) Palmerton. He married Nicole Marske on April 9, 2016 in Coldwater.
Mr. Palmerton had formerly worked for Quality Asphalt in Osseo and had his CDL, driving truck for various companies. He had also worked as a cook at many local restaurants. Chris was an outdoorsman who loved four-wheeling, hunting and fishing, but most of all he adored his family and loved spending time with his children.
Chris is survived by his wife Nicole, his children Lexis Palmerton, Porsha Palmerton, Samuel Palmerton, step sons Brandon Osborne, Tyler Osborne, his parents Bill & Penni Palmerton of Bronson, his siblings Leanne (James) Schiable of Bronson, Wesley Palmerton of Coopersville, MI, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Evert & Ruthanne Palmateer, his uncle Paul Palmateer and great grandma Retha Pike.
