I am so proud to call Hal my dad. Although he was not my biological father, he was the man that raised me. He taught me to respect others, taught me hard work and appreciation for the small things in life. Always there when I needed him. Hal always gave more then he ever expected or wanted in return. Living next to him for the last 20 years brought a bond between us that I have no words for other than "GRATEFUL". Grateful for the many conversations, trips to Mcdonalds for that excellent coffe that he liked, hanging out working on things, just spending time together!
He will be greatly missed by so many! His smile, his laugh, his disappointed look, his voice, just his presence.
Hal fought ever day to beat this disease called "CANCER" he fought it hard for himself and all of his friends and loved ones that have been stricken by it. He fought until he knew it was time to go home. I miss him so much, but I know he is at peace. Until I see you again.
I Love You Dad!
