Condolence: Heaven gained a great man, with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. I hope you're having a blast reminiscing with those that passed before you, Dr. Loehr. Thank you for being a great dentist to me as a child, and a great friend to my brother throughout his life.

Condolence: Our relationship with the Loehr family is very special. We share your sadness at the loss of Bud. Although we only met Bud a few times, it was obvious that he was a strong, positive and very loved force in his family. The love, closeness and family bond so easily witnessed within the family is a testament to the foundation Bud built and cultivated as his children grew to be responsible adults with families of their own.
Bud will be missed but through the family he nurtured his legacy will certainly live on through his children and grandchildren.

Condolence: So many great memories I have of Dr. Loehr. From going to him as a child to my first dental assisting job (1982) alongside him. He was always so patient and kind. We used to spend our Saturday morning’s watching Soul Train and seeing patients. Even after many years of being away from Coldwater he would still stop me and say HI, give me a hug, and chat about life when I would run into him while in town. What a wonderful man! May your families great memories keep your heart full and at peace. He touched so many by just being him...how wonderful.

Condolence: I love my Uncle Budd . He was a huge influence on me. Period. He made me laugh and sometimes he just ticked me off. Lol. He was a patient teacher ....especially when he knew I was afraid or lacked confidence. The poor man must have watched me or attempted to help me dive...at least 1000 times. Growing up he was my dentist and it always was a real treat to go to his office. Let's just say there was more playing around than work on my mouth. I knew how to use every tool at his office. He should have hired me. I told him he just needed a red wig and round red nose because he really missed his calling. Uncle Budd loved life, he loved adventure and this is something that made a profound impact on a shy, timid kid. I learned to love flying, sledding on a tobaggon, going 45 down a gravel road behind his big ole Mercury station wagon....and laughing. I believe in large part, because of him that I learned to not take everything in life so seriously and to take risks. I was always excited to see my big ole Uncle, feisty Aunt, and crazy cousins. Perfect, he was not...but all of his wonderful qualities, including his love of his family and friends made up for the imperfections. I recently lost my brother and sister in law tragicallly. He assured me that it would be ok . His hug and reassurance was one of my most special memories. I know I held a special place in his heart that nothing else or anyone else could take that place. He always made me feel special. He knew he had a special place in my heart as well. I was and am proud to be his niece.
